Make your existing scans readable and searchable — including the handwriting — and answer records requests in minutes instead of hours.
Council minutes, ordinances, resolutions and deed books sit on paper or microfilm, or as scans that still can't be searched. Staff spend hours answering "when did the council decide this?" and working through public-records requests by hand.
When was Elm Street rezoned, and what was said at that meeting?
Every resolution about the water district since 1950
All deeds naming the Martínez family
Load the scans you already have — minutes, ordinances, deed books, permits — straight from the browser or a batch import.
AI reads typed and handwritten pages alike, in any language, and flags anything it can't make out instead of guessing.
Minutes, resolutions, deeds and permits are classified and indexed by meaning, with the dates, names and places they mention.
Staff or residents ask in plain language and get an answer cited to the exact page and meeting.

A dense newspaper page uses more credits than a book or letter page, because it takes more work to read. Ask us which plan fits your backlog before you commit.
You bring the documents — council minutes, ordinances, resolutions, deed books and permits you already hold or can obtain. ArchiveLM doesn't supply source records; it reads, indexes, and makes searchable what you load into your own account.
It's flagged, not guessed. Historical scans degrade, fade, and get handwritten over — when confidence is too low to trust, the page is marked for review instead of silently producing a confident-looking answer that isn't on the page.
Yes. Semantic search works across languages — an English query can surface a Spanish-language deed or meeting record by meaning, not just keyword match, and the AI Librarian can answer in English while citing the source-language passage it relied on.
Row-level security isolates every account's documents in their own database rows and storage bucket. No other customer can see or search your collection, and nothing you upload is used to train AI models.
The free tier includes 25 credits a month, enough to load a handful of your hardest pages and see exactly what it finds and where it fails. Paid plans start at $15/month; large one-off backlogs are priced per page instead.
Yes, as an add-on: an institutional portal can expose a public, branded search page over your approved records, so residents and researchers can search without filing a request. It's set up with your team rather than self-serve today — tell us at hello@archivelm.com if that's what you need.
Send up to 50 pages of your own records — the faded, handwritten or oldest ones. We'll run them and show you exactly what ArchiveLM finds, and where it can't read a page.
ArchiveLM is in private beta. We review each request and typically respond within 1–3 business days.
